Solutions for electronics, components and equipment

Complete packaging for electronics and components

Scratched boards, static damage, serial labels that peel off at inspection: every small defect slows down a whole batch. HQPAK brings anti-static foam, PE foam bags, barcode, QR and serial labels, warranty labels, paper boxes and zipper bags under one contact: one quotation, one shipment.

Packaging challenges in electronics

Electronic goods are small, valuable and sensitive. A board that rubs against a static-generating material, or knocks a carton corner during handling, can be damaged in ways the eye cannot see. If the fault is only found at the customer's incoming inspection, the cost has already multiplied: replacement shipments, fault tracing and lost standing with the customer.

The problem is not only cushioning. Each product also needs barcode, QR or serial labels for traceability, warranty labels against tampering, and boxes and bags for accessories. Many factories buy each item from a different supplier and pay for it like this:

  • One supplier for cushioning, another for labels, and one or two more for boxes and bags.
  • A separate delivery schedule for each. If one item is missing, the packing line waits.
  • Labels printed out of specification, peeling at the edges or failing to scan when the customer inspects the goods.
  • Foam that does not fit the tray, so workers trim it by hand.

How HQPAK solves it

Our strength is creative technology: HQPAK handles a wide range of technical requirements and order sizes, from trial batches to larger volumes, to the quality requirements set by your assembly plant.

HQPAK supplies electronics packaging as a set for each product, not as loose items. You send dimensions, weight, carton layout and inspection requirements; our technical team recommends the full set:

  • Shock and static protection: PE foam die-cut to your drawings, anti-static foam on request, and PE foam bags for individual items. Foam is cut to size so your line can use it straight away.
  • Identification and traceability: electronic product labels with barcodes, QR codes and sequential serial numbers, as sheets or rolls, plus warranty and tamper-evident labels.
  • Finished packaging: paper boxes printed with your branding for devices and accessories; PE bags and zipper bags for cables, screws and documents.

For anti-static foam, state your requirements and your inspection criteria and HQPAK advises the right material rather than offering one type for every product. Small orders with many designs, common for samples and trial runs, are printed digitally; large orders run on flexo or offset to keep cost down.

Our 5-step process for a packaging set

  1. Product survey: dimensions, weight, static sensitivity, how the cartons are packed, and the labelling requirements of the end customer. Photos, drawings or a real sample all work.
  2. Set proposal: a list of items, material specifications and sizes, with one combined quotation within 24 hours of receiving full specifications.
  3. Samples and approval: shaped foam samples to trial the packing with your real product; label and box proofs to approve content and test-scan the codes.
  4. Production: labels, boxes, foam and bags made to the agreed specification, with dimensions and code readability checked before packing.
  5. One shipment: the items in the set are delivered together, matched to your packing schedule. Standard orders ship 3-7 working days after sample approval; export shipment timing is confirmed in the quotation, and PE foam lead time is confirmed when the order is placed.

Why consolidate electronics packaging with one supplier

  • Fewer suppliers: purchasing deals with one contact instead of four or five, and one party is responsible when something goes wrong.
  • Consistent branding: labels, boxes and bags share colours, fonts and product data, rather than each supplier printing its own version.
  • One shipment: nothing missing, and no situation where the boxes have arrived but you are still waiting for labels.
  • One invoice: simpler reconciliation and tidier paperwork for accounting.

Serving customers across Vietnam and export orders

HQPAK's factory is in Pho Noi A Industrial Park (Hung Yen) and its office is in Gia Lam, Hanoi. Labels, hang tags and stickers are printed at the factory; HQPAK supplies and coordinates the other items in the same order. We serve electronics, component and equipment companies across Vietnam, and export orders for international markets: we support export packing requirements, deliver across Vietnam and coordinate with your logistics provider. Send your product details through the quotation request form to receive a packaging set proposal.

For similar cushioning needs, see our export packaging for household goods and furniture. If your plant also makes consumer goods, see FMCG packaging with self-adhesive labels and tamper-evident seals.

Frequently asked questions

Does HQPAK supply anti-static foam for electronic components?

Yes. HQPAK supplies anti-static PE foam as sheets and bags, and shaped foam cut to your drawings for boards, components and equipment. State your anti-static requirement and your inspection criteria when you order, so we can advise the right material.

What does an electronics packaging set include?

Typically shaped or anti-static PE foam, PE foam bags, barcode, QR and serial labels, tamper-evident warranty labels, paper boxes, and PE or zipper bags. You can order the full set or just a few items; HQPAK recommends a set based on your actual product.

Can you print serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes with sequential numbering?

Yes. Electronic product labels can carry barcodes, QR codes and sequential serial numbers from the data you supply, as sheets or as rolls for label applicators. The label material is chosen for the surface and the environment, and the label design is test-scanned before the production run.

What are tamper-evident warranty labels used for?

They are applied over screws, case seams or box lids. When removed, the label tears into pieces and cannot be re-applied intact, which helps you control warranty claims and spot units that were opened or had parts swapped.

Can we order small quantities for samples or trial runs?

Yes. HQPAK takes small and large orders: small runs are printed digitally, large runs on flexo or offset. For shaped foam, HQPAK supplies a sample so you can trial the packing with your real product before the production run.

How long does delivery take?

We send a quotation within 24 hours of receiving full specifications. Standard orders ship 3-7 working days after sample approval; export shipment timing is confirmed in the quotation, and PE foam lead time is confirmed when the order is placed. The items in a set can be delivered in one shipment.
