Our factory in Hung Yen, Vietnam
The HQPAK factory is in Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen province, close to National Road 5, which links Hanoi with Hai Phong port. It is a printing and finishing workshop for labels, hang tags and stickers, using flexo, offset and digital printing.
What the factory does
The workshop is laid out as a one-way flow: incoming materials, prepress, printing, finishing, quality control, packing and finished-goods storage. Every production order carries an order code, so when you ask about progress we can tell you which stage your order is at.
- Flexo printing for printed fabric labels and roll stickers in larger runs.
- Offset printing for hang tags, cards and other printed paper items.
- Digital printing for small runs, samples and variable data such as sizes, barcodes, QR codes and serial numbers.
- Finishing: lamination, foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting.
What is not made here
Plastic films, plastic bags, paper packaging, woven and non-woven bags and packing tapes are not produced at Pho Noi A. HQPAK supplies them and, depending on the item, produces them together with partner factories in Vietnam. They are quoted, followed and shipped by HQPAK as one order.
Three-stage quality control
1 – Incoming
Materials checked for type, width and base colour; print files matched against the proof approved by the customer; content checked: barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, sizes.
2 – In production
First print approved against the sample; colour, registration, die-cut position and foil adhesion checked during the run. When a defect is found the machine is stopped and defective goods are separated.
3 – Finished goods
Appearance, size and content checked against the approved sample; quantities counted; cartons labelled with the order and PO number before leaving the warehouse.

No. The Pho Noi A workshop prints and finishes labels, hang tags and stickers. The other product groups are supplied by HQPAK and, depending on the item, produced together with partner factories in Vietnam. They are quoted, followed and shipped by HQPAK as one order.
