From there HQPAK serves customers across Vietnam and export orders for international markets, supporting export packing requirements, delivering across Vietnam and coordinating with your logistics provider.

6 packaging lines, from labels to shock-proof foam
Labels, fabric labels, hang tags and stickers are printed at our Hung Yen factory by flexo, offset and digital printing, with lamination, foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting. HQPAK supplies paper boxes, polybags and PE foam as part of the same order and the same quotation.

Labels printed on satin, taffeta and cotton, plus woven labels: main labels, size labels and care labels.
Hang tags
Hang tags printed offset or digital, with foil stamping, embossing, punched holes and strings fitted to your sample.

Three-stage quality control
A batch of labels with the wrong barcode, or fabric labels in the wrong size, can delay a whole shipment. So every order passes three checks before it leaves the warehouse.
Stage 1 – Incoming
Materials (label fabric, paper, self-adhesive stock, ink) checked for the right type; print files matched against the approved proof.
Stage 2 – In production
First print approved against the sample; colour, registration and die-cut position checked throughout the run.
Stage 3 – Finished goods
Appearance, size and content checked; quantities counted and cartons labelled with the order code before shipping.
